Homeschool Families

Warm hello to all local Capital District area homeschooling families! I'm now offering or private piano lessons or private/group cello lessons during the day for homeschool families. Learning to play the piano or the cello is a wonderful way to incorporate a music curriculum into a weekly homeschool schedule. Group lessons are fun and how exciting it is to learn to make music as a social group together. Part of the curriculum is teaching the children how to help each other. If you are part of a local Albany area homeschool group, please consider adding a cello group lesson for your students. My studio is located in Delmar about 1 block from the Bethlehem Public Library, and about 1 block from the CDTA #18 bus stop on Delaware Ave. The Bethlehem Public Library is ideal for parents to use as a waiting area while their children attend lessons, especially, if there are siblings who would need to come along – the library has a wonderful children’s room.
